Cant start NEW thread for some reason, but went to the BHP show at Lydden Hill today exellent weather and got speaking to a real nice fella who was tracking his standard looking dark blue classic pumping out 750BHP when using race fuel today a mere 650BHP

I was down there today too & met up with Andy.
That blue Classic Scoob was a real 'sleeper', it sounded really quite fruity & lapped a bit swftly too!
Weather was good....upto when we were in the queue to go on track!
Good event I thought.

I agree good meet i say had all the kids with us so we went down in the discovery didnt see you on track but to be fair we left at 14.30 that impreza was quick in a straight line nice guy too had time to talk which was nice. did you get on ok in the wet?

He showed me the dyno sheet when tested on race fuel 750BHP it looked a lovely graph too,built the engine himself

He drove it so well and was never near the cornering limit, mature driving enjoying some serious BHP i say, thats probably why the motor is still in the car after 2 years and many track days have passed with no issues a real credit to Andys machine and his driving, i would really like to be a passenger in that classic
