Thanks.
I keep toying with the idea of losing the spoiler but the hassle of getting an Ali boot imported keeps putting me of.
(For all the 'keep it original' people I'd keep everything in case I did ever sell)

Not being used much at the moment. I decided not to put her in storage this winter so I could drive it when the roads are salt free.

These were my winter wheels this year, but it was taken just before New Year!

How's the 22B, using it much?

Done anything to it?

Gave the Type RA some much needed TLC since it was dry today.

At some stage over the last week I picked up a load of tar all over the arches, down the side and back of the car.

Out with the clay bar and she's back to how she should be. It was to cold to polish so just had a quick wax.

Thanks guys.

Moved to the inside today as the alcantara re-trim on my wheel was starting to show signs of wear so I decided to give it a clean with Raceglaze alcantara cleaner.

This is it before:

Then after some cleaning and a gentle rub:

I'm impressed how well it's cleaned up. I was starting to regret the re-trim as it was so flat and shinny, but now it's back to new.

Thanks for the kind comments.

TurboAndy, tell me about it, not the best time of year to own a white car.

There in storage.
They needed a refurb when I first got the car, if I ever sell it I'll get them refurbed so I can sell it as standard.
I must admit the standard wheels do suit it well.

The underseal had started to wear thin in places on my rear arches and were looking a bit untidy.

So I made the most of the dry weather and treated them to a fresh coat of stone chip. Yes I'm a tart and went for white as it makes the arches look much cleaner. I've not done the front as they are fine but the backs are now done.

It was getting dark as I finished so not the best pic but I'm sure I'll post some more in the future.

Next on the list is a refresh of the pink bits, buts that's not going to be a quick job!

Lovely looking car. The white arches make all the difference. I did my v2 Sti Ra last year. Could I be cheeky and ask white stone chip you used? And did you paint it afterwards ? Cheers pal, keep up the good work. ??
