The One X is cheaper new than a 6 month old base model apple iPhone. I bought mine from handtec and the apple from the same site is £ 545. HTC is some £ 70 cheaper. These phones will get even cheaper in a few months making the HTC ever more popular. It's completely irrelevant how many new phones HTC bring out. This phone will be my phone for a least a couple of years, like my HTC Desire was.

Last night I compared the camera with my daughters 4s in low light. The HTC One X has a superior camera!

Drop box works a treat so I have nearly 64 gb of storage. That is over £250 cheaper than a 4s 64gb

£599 for equivalent memory 4s. HTC over £100 cheaper

£699 for the top model 4s. HTC is over £ 200 cheaper

Some really crazy comparisons going on here as usual. The Dropbox one is a classic, if that's in any way relevant I have 264gb of storage, do I win?

That thing is somewhere between an iPhone and an iPad for people who can't afford the full ticket. No doubt my nephew will get one on tick/contract so any good jokes appreciated.

It's ok he's probably on xda forums looking how to root it to improve his shocking battery life and continue to do this for the length of time he has the the phone.

Meanwhile apple users get on with real life.

So you've bought a hobby, congrats

If we all believed manufacturers stats on battery life we'd only charge the phone once a month.

I thought the Iphone ran forever, well according to Sheldon it does

So by your reasoning the iphone is terrible and the HTC is ok

What are you on about, where did I say the iPhone wasnt expensive.

I was merely pointing out he claims he's paid nothing for the phone.

You just blurt out random figures and prices that suit your argument.

You're clearly a figures man that likes to brag how many ghz your phone as got.

Overpriced not expensive!

He was referring that he didn't have to pay for the phone on top of the tariff.

Overpriced to you maybe but to me I don't mind paying for quality with a superb customer service.

Quality is no better than any other manufacturer, after all apple products are made in China, by over worked, suicidal, countryside immigrants.

Customer service- debatable, but irrelevant, its about the performance and specification of the phone and in this case you have not come up with one attribute that is noteworthy over the the HTC One X.

I now rest my case, HTC One X is a superb phone and will take some beating, probably by another Android manufacturer but not by much

Andy, I see where you're coming from, bigger numbers are better to you, you probably have an Overcocked PC and put your Subaru on a Dyno. You even seal the deal by closing your case with "but not by much" and that's why you're the target market. Enjoy your hobby.

You're comparing a phone just released to one on a completely different OS and released last year.

Maybe when apple release their quad core phone you could compare but like I said just above you can't two different OS

Doesn't matter who has the biggest numbers
