Brand new WRC Subaru
#31
Admittedly it's been a good few years since I was last at prodrive as I lost interest in what they did when the wrc program with Subaru was ended so I have no idea what's under the roof at banbury, you obviously know something lol. PM me if your prefer as I'm keen to know

Trying to reduce the cost of running the cars was one reason and the hope of attracting more manufacturers back, environmental reasons too, trying too reduce emissions by running smaller engines, there are probably others like safety, trying to slow the cars down maybe? Although the 1.6 produces the same 301BHP that the 2.0's did.

Yeah prob highly tuned to 300 instead of restricted to 300
I know what your saying though.
Rally for Subaru would be great I for one would start watching it again.
I could be wrong but I thought Subaru was going to be toyota race devison anyway and thought that's the whole reason t bought s ?
Couldn't sti run the rally team as jdm always produced 'the' cars anyway ?
