TBH i think you should keep the RA, as it's not worth loads, i think i remember when you bought it for around £3200 or slightly more and i was a bit jealous, it's still worth somewhere around that, but a decent blob sti will cost double that, if i were you i'd leave the RA standard save a few pennies and get a blob next year, as i think you will regret letting go of such a nice RA.

its been said many times before. Type R or RA for the track, new age for the road. me personally, been driving the classics on the road over 10 years now. only way id go new age is if i could keep my classic as well.......
there is always the P1 option of course

That looks a great little Ra!
Don't even think about getting rid of something that's getting really quite rare for a humdrum new age!
Classics are the original and IMO not bettered.

Some people like a raw car, some prefer some refinement. Bit like flying economy or business class.

+1^ Had a A V1 Sti wagon, mad but crap brakes. Now got a V7 jdm Sti saloon, comfort, and I dont think the classic would leave the bug on the road.

No, using the picture because I like the rear spoiler.

Agree 100%. There's no getting away from it, the newage is the nicer place to be. No way would I want to drive a noisy old classic day in day out
Me and wifey do, and love it rough LOL tho we have just sold one of the classics. Only two left....

Absolutely spot on summation of the situation, with not a hint of bias

How many Wrc championships did the newage win? How many did the classic win?
Point made
