Your mate was driving the car yeh? He's insured (under his own policy I presume)?
How will you get done for this offence? Surely if you're a passenger, then although it's your car, you've given permission to the driver in question - how can it be your fault?
I would guess though, you're cousin will have to grovel (like most people have said....)

you have missed the point.
Yes its my car, its my insurance my cousin in named on.
It wont affect me at all, especialy as if it bumps my premium I'll remove him from it, what I'm trying to do is find a legal expert to deals in speeding convictions for my cousin as he has no www, access.
