Not a witch hunt I haven't posted the mapper for that reason, the mapper did well to get it to the figures it gave, definately not the mapper, was checking for another pov as gets expensive fault finding

Mostly likely the wick has been turned down a bit to save the internals, which I'm guessing are standard. Those figures won't be too far off on a 2 litre with 1.5bar on a non billet not running methanol I reckon.
Many of the SC46s running big torque are on 2.5 litre engines (not on standard internals I might add) which are inherently more torquey due to the larger capacity!

SC 46 non billet is sometimes hit and miss, but usually this turbo making on V-power and 20% methanol around 440bhp
Compression is good thing to do,but I will this ruled out cause of low bhp or torque,we are running MD321T Billet and we are made 490bhp on V-power and 20% methanol, but torque is 480,again is 2.1,not the 2.0L
Higher torque you will get on 2.1 or 2.5L,on 2.0L i would say on Twin scroll you will get more torque

Has anyone asked where the figure came from?
I remember one thread where someone claimed 375bhp from a VF35!!! If it feels right on the road and a reputable mapper says it's ok, then (in the absence of any obvious omissions in the mods dept) don't chase numbers would be my advice!

Another thing to take into account is this was obvioulsy road mapped. My Bug STI was road mapped, a month or so later i went for a tweak on the rollers. The first pull came out at 379, a little more ignition advance was dialled in and it hit 400...A little bit more playing and another 4bhp was extracted.
It may be worth having it tweaked on the rollers, that way the mapper can see what is actually happening whilst mapping.

Those numbers sound ok to me, take the mappers advice and sort some heatshields, fix any boost leaks and I am sure you will get an improvement. But if it drives well ( and I imagine it flies !! ) dont worry about it.
Intake air heat is the enemy and anything you can do to keep it at bay will help.

I had unexpectedly low figures once .. all seemed normal but a small pipe to the right just under the TMIC had come off where it was meant to be .. sorry don't know where exactly or what the pipe is called.
I've also experienced the clutch problem .. no indication at all when driving .. but put a new AP one in and it made a massive difference - I had done 70k on it so not surprising

Can you post the graphs?
Torque will always be lower on a two litre as it is going to be reasonably laggy.
Header wraps not holding it back imho

Dyno's can be a heartbreaker! but as mentioned as long as it feel's "quick" on the road and your happy thats the main thing, there is also a "genuine" bhp figure and ***** waving figures my evo 6 was a genuine 560bhp/500ftlb on a dastek dyno and use put the ***** waver's 600+bhp's to shame on the track/road..
What dyno was it run on and what %loss did they use also was it atw/atf
Dont get caught up in number chasing mate iv been there although iv just brought a fmic/injectors for the scoob haha

Hitting max boost and torque at 5,500 rpm, seems a little odd to me but Im sure some one like Simon will be the one to know. Not sure what that dip is in boost / torque at 4,600 rpm. Even bhp decides to drop at that point too? Why are the AFR's going wonky till 4,500 rpm, thought they would have been smoother earlier?

Was it mapped on that dyno? If it was mapped on this dyno then mapper should hsve an idea why they left it fairly rich and why the Boost control is terrible.
Is it part of the issues or the cause etc
If it was mapped elsewhere then may be less of an indicator
