Are you saying it would be right to force a woman to carry a child and give birth to it, that has been raped through no fault of her own? She isn't to blame either. Of course the child isn't to blame, but I can fully appreciate that some women, in such a situation, just couldn't cope with that.

Try and imagine what it would be like to have been raped, which would be bad enough, but then to have 9 months as a constant reminder, then the birth itself, not to mention the awful decision of what to do next. It's easy to just think something is wrong, but not everything in life is black or white.

Morals are subjective. So the answer to the question would be yes if every law happens to coincide with a person's morals. If not, the law is likely to be viewed as unjust.
