I don't think you will ever have what's termed as good spool with that turbo mate on a 2.0.

On 2.0 STi should work MD321T billet in therm of spool and power.

What headers and up pipe you are running?

As above like Jura says it will act like a MD321T may be but not like a H as they are a 400 rated turbo and spool amazingly well in billet form!

why the current trend to limit power for road cars?

each subaru ive had has been more powerful than the last.

ive now got a 2.1 with gt35r billet - and its insane acceleration

yes you can only put foot down when totally dry, optimum conditions, but so what?

i knew that prior to it being built.

lag from standstill to 100mph through the gears is non existant - yes at 80 mph in 6th it takes an age to spool up with WOT (not that i do that), but i just drop a cog to get things going.

its not a race car where 100ths/sec count. its a road car that can accelerate extremley hard - thats what i wanted, and its what ive got.

each to there own imo - racers may want a turbo spooling asap - i wanted turbo to hit boostso very hard and push me hard back in the seat, thats what ive got.

Hi there

With GT spec headers and Harvey Up pipe and new Billet T wheel you should/will gain spool up and power too..
