The Russians haven't been exactly innocent in this either though, this followed their last match

I can't stand the game, personally. Players are way overpaid, too vain and roll about crying if their hair style gets messed up.
From what I see, I would sack all England players and employ a fresh team, paying a more reasonable salary.
As for all the UKs regional teams... That's just a business now. I would restructure it so all team players are born and bred in that town/city.
There you go.. Play on!

I agree. But that's not to say intelligent people don't follow it too. It just appears that the majority of thickos can follow footy.

Been watching all the matches (well as many as I can with work commitments ) and gutted that Holland lost. I have them down for the sweepstake at work and I can see that £16 slowly slipping away
Damn, I had mentally spent it as well
Loved the Poland/Russian match last night, very evenly matched

Just following on the light banter aimed at your sexuality and look at that response.
So pleased this thread is in NSR and not clogging up Sport.
It's funny how you allude to football fans all being thick arseholes and thugs but you spend your time in SN arguing your point like a spoilt brat insulting people left right and centre, you're no better than the aforementioned fcukwits you speak of.

Yes, quite clear, you leave me in no doubt
Grow the **** up, that sort of banter disappeared from my circle of friends a little time after primary schoool.
Insulting people right left and centre? A second ago it was light banter, make up your mind FFS!! And in your world throwing a few choice comments in someone's direction is as bad as mindless gang based thuggery??? YOU need to get some perspective!

Plenty of YouTube footage of that incident aswell if it floats your boat.
Not sure if anyone else has answered your point yet as im only half way through the thread but there are numerous occurances of fans fighting. Not all recorded either.
Yes it has got alot better than it was, but to say it doesn't happen anymore is ridiculous.

Hasn’t societal violence just moved to pubs and city centres?
It always made me smile when they used to point to the non-violence in American sporting stadiums – ignoring the fact that outside they where slaughtering each other with guns on their cities streets

Well I am surprised you have time to post between your Combat 18 duties and the fact you must have been signed to some world rally team somewhere given the fact you are a regular genius able to drive like the wind and in complete control on icy roads while everyone else is stuck.

So just to get you back on topic:
What do you think of the Dutch chances after last nights loss.
Do you think that Woy will put the same team out tomorrow against the Swedes?

Wow! All that sounds like fun, but the thing is this is a football thread and what's that got to do with Euro 2012?

b) As to your questons I couldn't give a ****. As long as England are on their way home after the minimum number of games possible to get them eliminated I will be happy
