Personally I think he will come true, as I don't think he would want to tarnish his reputation on here as a member.
I agree people have problems in there life's and important things come first, he may of thought he sent it but then maybe with the problems he's having may of forgot.
Think op should wait and see what he has to say on the matter, if op can't wait until then, then buy another one and I'm sure when he's back on, he will refund you understanding his mistake.
P.s if I did that then its only fair that I would do the same.
Ripping off people gets you nowhere apart from a bad rep.

I understand hard times etc, but if he had £400 of my hard earned and I hadn't received it or had any response from him I'd be worried and wondering whats happening too.

you must be able to see the lad has problems, i agree that a month is a long time, and if it was my money i would not be best pleased.Maybe it's amongst the things he was unable to get out of his flat and requires a court order to enter, maybe he spent the money during the move or on legal fees, or baby stuff and is cash strapped.
Now i agree if you take the cash then you should cough up with the goods or refund the cash, but it's not as if he has been on here all the time.
I live in hope and still have faith in people, all be it quite often miss placed, but i do like to think that there are some decent people left in this world, but no one is perfect, except me of course.

Still managed to log on may 22nd though and I'm sure pms pop up when you log on.
