glad its sorted but had you thought that when he moved house he didnt have internet cuz i know when i moved it took a month to get connected through BT and if he didnt then he might not of had your address to post it or even get in contact with you

well done to the fella for refunding, good to see it's all been sorted.
as for maybe having no internet due to moving, bit of a lame excuse if it was the case. This day and age, majority of mobile phones have internet connection.
