Do not forget about insurance as it is unlikely your road policy will cover you.

Donnington is close and has fuel on site.

Booking up for Llandow, this is the set up I'm going to go for on my 100% stock 98 WRX

Gulf Competition RF800 brake fluid
Yellow stuff front pads, stock rear (heard from a friend stock is ok on rear?)
New engine, box and diff oils (as recommended by Opie)

Sound ok? I'm not wanting to break records, just have a little fun and kill a set of tyres

I'd add in braided brake lines, will help you keep a firm brake pedal.

I would change the rear pads to the same as the front, that way everything will heat up at the same rate and help to keep everything balanced, not essential but helpful.

As llandow is effectively a big circle swap your tyres over from left side to right side during the day, as you will have significantly more wear on the left!

Most of all enjoy your track day
