Just make sure it's got some fresh decent oil in it and remember to be considerate, launches and aggressive gear changes will kill it. Not saying you need to drive like a granny but just take care of it, I drive my car hard but manage to look after my box.

How precise do you have to be when adding meths, did you start with an empty tank? I fill up and then decide at a quarter left on the gauge I want to fill up with a full tank how do I know how much meths to put in or would I just put say 40 ltrs of 99 in and x amount of meths at the correct percentage but possibly not running a full tank?

So if the tank has 10ltrs left, then there must be 20% left in that or 2ltrs of meth? You add 50ltrs of which 20% must be meth each time. Trouble is, how do you know how much is left in the tank before refill?

First time you need to put 12lt of meth in and then fill up with V-Power. This will give you a 20% meth mix.
In future fill ups just add say 5lt of meth and then 20lt of fuel or if your tank is low then add 10lt of meth and 40lt of fuel.
It's really very simple chaps and you don't need to be perfectly precise to the smallest detail. JGM on here said he often used a 10% mix without changing his map and had no issues. I always add a little extra meth to my mix to be safe.

It will be, 320lbft isn't beyond it's limits. Mine runs 317lbft on a TD04
Much more and it's gonna eventually shït itself so I'd start saving up (unless you're not even gonna use any of the power any of the time. When not if, been there, done that

some boxes break at 300 lb ft.others can run 400lb ft with drag strip runs etc and are still going strong.
the 752 and 754 dccd boxes have widened 1st,2nd and 3rd gears for starters.
there are many variations of boxes,some break,some dont.there are loads of factors that play a part in wether or not it will break.
i am well aware that it "may" break,could be on the dyno,might be absolutely fine and behave itself for the next three years.
just because you have "been thee done that" means **** all imho.i am far from oblivious that it may break.
i not saying it wont break,im saying hopefully it wont!

some boxes break at 300 lb ft.others can run 400lb ft with drag strip runs etc and are still going strong.

i know the odds are not in my favour but some are fine at close to 400lb ft. im expecting to see another 30-40 lbft to take it to around 370/350.maybe slightly more.so my fingers are crossed but like i said,im well aware it may break,and to hear people say"it WILL break" dosent bother me as it will be fixed regardless,but i dont think anyone can state a limit as to when or if it will fail.

Some break at 300 and some don't, just make sure you've got enough funds in the bank because it will more than likely fail at some point.
It's the same with standard classic engines, I know of many that have let go at circa 300bhp but sometimes you hear of one running 380+ without issue.
All you can do is make sure it's got good oil in it and is used with reasonable consideration, if it breaks it breaks. Deal with it then.

My 754 broke the very first time I put my foot to the floor in third gear after a mapping session and fitting a VF35. The very first time! How silly did I look as i went fior the overtake on a dual carridgeway, only to have to slow down with a 'box full of nothing and be re overtaken... Doh!
