Found it today about 8 miles away from where I live at Mantorp park, he seemed to be enjoying the car unfortunately never managed to catch him to have a chat!

Its Swedish

It was also a right hand drive thats been registered in Sweden.

He was track driving it, it went pretty well considering! Although it was quite low.
