G4S is the biggest employer on the FTSE 100. Honestly without security/the war on terror we'd have no jobs for everyone!

G4S seem to be up there with DVLA, British Gas, BT and Sky for 'competency'.

Eight police forces have deployed staff to cover G4S shortages, diverting them from where they are needed, yet the Home Secretary is happy to cut the number of police officers in the job. Crime is going to go up during the Olympics.

Sooo glad I don't live in London.

Mind you, the Edinburgh tram debacle is no better.

It is going to be even more embarrassing if the G4S personnel dont bother to turn up isn't it. Apparently they are already having problems along those lines.

Seriously why do Olympic footballers need special security at a hotel with police being brought in to do the work of the G4S tosspots who didn't turn up?

It's the UK not Somalia.

Well, I thought that too, until I came to know about the football hooliganism in Britain. I think Olympic footballers need special security even at the hotel for the extreme passion for football that flows in the blood vessels of British football fans. It doesn't matter where the team comes from. If British football fanatics aren't happy with it, they will kick that team's head in, if they are in a mood for it. Rather safe than sorry.

There are rumours abound that all non sanctioned branding will be forbidden from the Olympics. This could be anything from spectator attire to bags and associated paraphernalia. If this proves to be the case then I think the organisers are doing a great job of p!ssing a lot of people off and alienating the whole event!

Seems even Armitage Shanks will not escape the ruthless censure!

LONDON 2012 has announced its first world record after Lord Coe delivered the world’s biggest bollocking to his senior management team.

It could be going a bit better than it is
The record bollocking, which lasted three hours 46 minutes and 34 seconds, was triggered by a sequence of total ****ing ***** ups over pretty much every detail of the Olympics from security shortages and travel delays to running out of towels.

During the epic bollocking, Lord Coe kicked a desk over and said: “This is a sack of ****. A massive sack of ****. I’m not even sleeping.

“Why can’t you just do one ****ing thing right?”

As the bollocking unfolded, the games chief’s tone became increasingly paranoid, prompting his subordinates to look at each other and silently mouth the words ‘what the ****?’

Punching a whiteboard, he said: “I know you all hate me, I know you laugh at my hair and you want me to fail.

“I won’t let you destroy me. I am the phoenix.”

Manager Emma Bradford said: “When we were summoned to his office we knew this would be ‘bad man beat downs’, but didn’t realise we were to become part of bollocking history.

“It was a truly majestic piece of ownage and I feel truly honoured to have been called a ‘gonk-faced ****wit whose only achievement is exuding about enough body heat to keep a chair warm.

Can't have 'the Olympic family' (i.e coke executives) having their drinks spilt as their limos ride over our potholed streets!

LOL the pic has just a bus lane and an olympic lane. What do you do if you are in a normal car or lorry lol?

So should we still question the reflexes and decision making of those escorting the runners?

That is quite impressive actually. Some of them must have spotted him before he moved.

But I still don't think that cyclist, at least from a lay youtube watcher's perspective, seemed to pose much of a threat.

Its nice that the festival of amateur sport is sponsored by makers of crap junk food that is extremely bad for you, Coke, McDonalds Cabury and Heineken. I think if they are sponsors they should force all the athletes to eat only products from those manufacturers, it seems Usain Bolt would be quite happy. http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news...in-bolt-328610
