Some people might disagree with me here but up here in Scotland is really nice to live.
The weather is not as nice as down south but up here in Aberdeen it is a very relaxed place
the employment here in Aberdeen is one of the best in the uk because of the oil industry
and the oil industry was not really effected with the recession as I work in the industry and I have never been busier.
Also it is cheaper than London to live here.

few bad areas but tbh they are not to bad for instance you can walk
through these bad areas and not have any trouble the only places in these areas I would say not to walk by would be the pubs late at night.
Some of the bad areas down south you cant even walk through without being robbed and beat up.
employment ways this story in a news paper says it all

When we went to the Exhibition centre in Aberdeen,me and a mate walked to a pub for a couple pints, the Brig o don or something, was ok but it was a bit of a walk.Riverside is quite a nice spot to park up and have a walk about too in the park, seen some quite fit females jogging

Ignore the idiots, and welcome.
Avoid london and surrounding areas, bloody awful part of the world and difficult to make friends, everyone is on the make.
You want somewhere close to a decent sized town/city so work is not too hard to find.
I have travelled with work all over the uk and the only other places i would live other than where i'm from which is Nottingham, are bristol area and wales nice people and places with a decent population so work not too difficult to find for a good mechanic.
Somewhere like where my house is in Arnold Nottingham, 4 miles from the city centre but a town in it's own right, with good facilities, supermarkets, parks and 10 mins up the road sherwood forest or 40 mins and your in the derbyshire peak district, good sized houses to rent or buy and not silly prices like london and the south east, which is over crowded and over rated.
The city it's self has everything you could want or need and the people are friendly.
Good luck.

You must be a prize numpty if you think the op is genuine.
And as for Nottingham, it's just one big shat hole, horrible, horrible place.

Lesson 1: It's "You are... my hero" or "You're my hero" not "Your my hero" - there's more but I don't want to overload you on the first day

It's of very little use most of the time , But some folk benefit occasionally
Suppose it passes the time for folk like mr *unt when he's not fiddling with his mum
