Honestly mate, even 370 in a car weighing c.1270kg, with DCCD, and that mental gearing WILL cause a grin to stretch from ear to ear, Cheshire cat stylee, like this >>>

I remember my first drive in a STi 5 Type R (previously owned by Prodrive and one Marcus Dodd ) at std power (well, dyno'd slightly down at 267bhp) - I thought it was 'mental' acceleration! And it's not as if I was a Scoob virgin neither; as I had my 93 WRX at the time.

390/360 is my guess.
Mine made 370/340 on a non billet 20G with just V-Power so I expect yours to do a bit more.

Hope your not flying around with all the bits bolted on and unmapped buddy ?

using car as rarely as possible driveing gently and not using any boost at all.its a little frustrating but i can put up with it as i know it will be well worth it,just really want it mapped now.i really must get off my **** and make arrangements!

Thats a good point Joz. Duncan road mapped my Bug a few weeks before he tweaked on the rollers. The first run before he tweaked it, it pulled 370 by the time it was finished it was a shade over 400. I can quite honestly say it didnt fell a whole lot different....That was a non billet 20G

Another good point, my 350bhp STI RA was awesome on track...The power was perfect for chucking it about and more than held its own against more powerful cars....That was on a VF34, i love those turbos!

power to weight ratio plays a big part in having a quick car.i watched an amg merc accelerate away from a layby the other day, very nice car and sounded lovely but i didnt think he looked that fast at all really.it sounded like it had 500 bhp but its a big old heavy bus.

Hi there

Few weeks ago on the Santa pod we are drive against AMG 55 with 700bhp(full 760lb-ft torque available at 2500rpm) and must admit this has been fast, when we are looked at his times,he made 12.01,we are made with 490bhp 11.9 without the LC and on Vredstein road tyres

When we are running V-power map,car feels OK,but with meth those extra 38bhp is really feel on the road, car feels better and we are hitting faster top speed on the track/drag

Yours car should be quick enough and still you can use methanol and make little bit bigger bhp
