Getting a bargain is a bonus, but then being informed later on that it's damaged is not good form.
Why not inform me sooner instead of me having to chase you? As you only responded to my question about my payment rather than you contacting me in the first instance.

I know and I have responded and requested a picture of the damage, I am not very happy at the moment to be honest.

Cannon Fodder, I'm not suprised. The item was listed incorrectly in the 1st place, for a classic instead of a newage so its the sellers mistake and they should honour the sale.
You cant withdraw something you've agreed to sell. If you list it for sale on ebay with a buy it now its a binding contract.
Pics of the damage?

Did you buy it? No
Are you paying for it? No
So are you having it as a present? No
So why poke your nose in?
I am employed to sell these parts to people in good faith and not send damaged or faulty goods out,2 wrong and one damaged item was sent out before I started and we issued a refund straight away, same as the gentlemen who was sent the wrong lights on here.
Plus to top it off my boss who owns the cars and parts has warned me about you and said your a trouble maker.Goodnight

I don't really think you are in a position to criticise members on here when your company can't even run an eBay sale properly.
I suggest that you learn some people skills as we the general public and in particular members of this forum are your CUSTOMERS.

I think that Tubbytommy has made a lot more sense than what I have seen coming from your company to be brutally honest.

The Hamster does have a point, anything you sell on ebay that is sold through buy it now is a legally binding contract, so you should send a picture to Cannon Fodder for him to see if the damage is to bad or if he wants the spoiler. Do the right thing and don't alienate yourselfs on the countrys biggest subaru site.

I have cancelled the payment now and left feedback, as the Americans say 'Have a nice day'.

It's one thing to put an item up for sale on eBay its another thing then to refuse to sell it, don't forget I've done all the chasing and round still be in limbo waiting for the vendor to act.

I read that bit but the vendor then refused to sell it as it was damaged, I knew it needed some work to get it into a good condition.
