Which is simply that Neospara is over emphasised as a reason for owners to pick up after their dogs. I've never denied that Neospara is a problem for cattle, I've just said that faeces from domestic dogs isn't the pandemic that some would have us believe.
I'm not arguing whether someone should or shouldn't pick up after their dog - if you choose to, that's up to you. Other owners don't feel the need, and in all honesty, if it's out of the way then I personally don't have a problem with that.
Admitted what? Surely I would have needed to deny something first?

No, I didn't miss the point. You were attempting to dismiss what I was saying in quite a puerile fashion rather than actually taking in what I've said.

I'm not sure what your definition of "hype" is, but for me, it's blowing something out of proportion and in a lot of cases that means that the issue is either not really a problem or nowhere near as significant as we would otherwise be led to believe. WMD as a reason to go to war with Iraq? Oops, my turn to be puerile.

I clean up my dogs mess if they do it in a park or on a path or basically anywhere someone else might come across it. I don't clear it up if they dump in thick undergrowth.
What gets me is where I live you have all the signs about dog fouling yet the horse brigade come along and leave horse **** everywhere, all in the roads for vehicles to throw it up and on public footpaths which are not bridleways yet get away with it. I saw some old bloke cleaning horse **** off a pavement recently outside a primary school. How considerate of that horse rider![Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)](images/smilies/rolleyes.gif)
And yes I do confront other dog owners if I see them let their dogs cr4p where someone else might walk in it. I'm just waiting to catch the horse rider riding on the public footpath where I walk my dogs as they are not permitted to be riding on it let alone covering it in horse **** for everyone else to have to walk through.

"There is also exemption for dog owners on some kinds of public land, including:
- Land used for agriculture or woodlands
- Rural common land
- Land that is predominantly marshland, moor or heath
- Highways with a speed limit of 50mph or more

How about neither. I don't care wtf is in horse **** I still don't want to walk in it or have cars drive past and flick it up everywhere. It's still animal **** regardless of what is in it.

Ok if you had no choice but to walk one in your house? Call it a hypothetical question.

Peeps put bags of horse manure on the garden, you wouldn't want bags of dog ****e in your garden, it's intrinsically more smelly, hazardous and disgusting.
