girls can be very fickle about a guy and hes car,a girl sees a car as to some extent as a challenge he loves me or that dam car, crazy i know but they seem to base the idea on if he really cares he will make the ultimate sacrifice and get rid of that other bitch with the drinking problem. id keep the car, and if she does care she will stay put- simples.
I love this thread, in our house I earn more money (I'm the misses) and the Scooby is mine - it's my third, hubby has never owned one and thinks I'm a bit mad cos I love it, we've had the "sale" discussion but he knows it ain't happening
I'm with Scooby Jo on this, if a fella told me to get rid of my scoob im afraid he'd have to do one, i work full time and its my hobby, cars are in my blood and if that person loved you they should accept it

Good to see its not just us guys that get grief over the scooby.
Saying that mine just thinks I'm mad but has never told me to get rid of mine
Mate, a girl i was engaged to once suggested just the same thing to me. 6 days later she was gone. Called me a .... Threw me the ring back. Sold that on, bought a few mods.
OP Get rid of her mate. Even if she backs down now she will try pulling the "sell the scoob" line again whether it be a sprog on the way or new kitchen. She has shown her hand.
