Great night. Good turn out. Loved the new route. Shame some didn't bother to learn it (Including the white classic that followed me all the way along the A13 but then decided to head up to Canary wharf instead of through the Limehouse Link. Trouble was, the rest of the convoy followed him! )
New McDonalds re-group venue was fantastic. As was Westferry Circus.
Well done to all those involved in the organising.

That was my first tunnel run. Really enjoyed it, such a buzz, some really great highlights for me, every scoob hoooning it from the toll booths LOL, and in the lime house link tunnel, that was awesome, as i was behind 2 skylines
Rotherhide tunnel was just as entertaining with every scoob tooting each other.
Well done to those who organised the run.
Whens the next 1 :P

That's the fun of the tunnel run, I literally laughed out loud when I was at a three-way junction and there was a scoob at the lights of each, we all criss crossed and went in different directions! I ended up heading towards Lewisham at on point! Big thanks to the couple behind me on Tower Bridge (blow it reg) who knows where I would of ended up!
There were drivers from far away lands who joined last night, great effort hope the chappie from Norfolk I was speaking to at Billingsgate Maccies (you know who you are!) made it home ok

Westferry was the highlight for me as I found the actual run slightly disorganised after the Dartford crossing because people started going off in different directions.
I think this was due to some not following the new route and doing the old instead.
When we first got lost we went to the Charlton Mac Dees for the first regroup.
But was told that everyone was at Billingsgate Mac Dees which wasn't on the route?! So ended up driving there instead.

Just wanted to say thanks to the organisers. This was our 4th tunnel run and it was great to do a new route. Never done Westferry before so that was a highlight. Not sure why but the Garmin decided not so speak and to loose signal through part of the route so had to rely on the printed directions, all I can say is 10/10 for whoever done them because I found they were spot on. I think for anyone who decided to do the old route they missed out. Must say was slightly surprised to be the only hatch there, last year there was about 4. Anyway great work and cant wait til next year.

Was yours the silver hatch at Westferry?
I was quite surprised as well, thought there would be more new hatch/saloons.

Yep mine was the silver hatch. I know they arent everyones cup of tea but at least we are easy to spot in the videos lol. Did anyone else happen to notice the RX8 that nearly crashed into the wall on the exit out of Westferry, that was certainly a brown trouser moment and he now has a very kerbed front wheel lol

I am sure your intention wasn't to criticize the organisers.
It wasn't the run that was slightly disorganised it was some of the participants.
The "New" route had been put forward over a month ago with Sat Nav, Google Earth & written instructions. Not much more you can do organising wise other than drive the car for those that took the wrong route or got lost .
Ex "Map man" & Shell fuel finder for the ESC convoys of old.
