With all due respect, this can't be capped. This has gone viral and 500 has already been hit. The car community has come together as one to make this boys dream come true. This is going to snowball into an event that I can see making national news...
It will be impossible to cap due to the nature of the event and the reason behind it... Nothin has ever bought a community together this fast...

Im part of the West Yorkshire Cruise team, please can you ask Zippy to contact The Galpharm Stadium to see if we can use one of their car parks?? There is also a gravel carpark off St Andrews Rd [Opposite Preseverance House] that looks like it will hold more than 500 cars, could go down and speak to them.

Sorry to hear the news, will definetly be there.
The industrial estate is not going to be big enough, There is easy going to be a thousand cars and theres no way of capping numbers. Needs a bigger place that is easily accesibly. Best place I can think of is meadowhall overspill car park, easily accesibly just off m1.

I understand that he is limited to where it can be held etc, but.... This could possibly end up being one of the biggest meets ever done. Even capping it will not stop people coming... Roads are goin to be blocked, convoys on motorways will come to a stand still etc etc.. Ones mans plee for help has just turned into a nations goal to fulfil

I have a lump in my throat and a tear in my eye reading this,
devastating news and I cant imagine what your family are feeling and going thru just now but hopefully we can get some special editions in place for you to make his day.
I have posted up on both our club facebook pages and one of my admin team has posted on our forums.
I will also spread the word on other forums and marques to generate wider appeal
