Sad news

I would be driving / walking around block garages & lock-ups within a cpl mile radius , sometimes it pays off to be intrusive ,

Like said , I'd put money on its stored local until things die down
Also the van used to tow is probably stolen , on false plates , or a ghost car

Hope it works out for owner

cheers guys , yeah i was thinking that it isnt probably far away in a garage or something untill its cooled off. whoever it was must of known it didnt start hence they brought a tow rope, the lights are on in the pic so they must have hotwired the ignition .

it went right out of the picture which leads into nothing really a few shops then a duel carrageway there are few quiet side roads down there where it may have been trailered up so it may be worth going and asking some residents if they saw anything maybe . there were mass people out last night looking for it from lots of forums etc , just shows you how good the comradery is between car folk there are a few big traveller sites around here that would be nice to look in but you wouldnt get past the gate

Absolutely gutting that something so rare will most likely just be destroyed once the engine is taken
Happened to my dad years ago, he got a call 2-3 years after the car had been taken off a private rd in time it took my grandad to walk his greyhounds so it was being watched. Anyway police called my dad 2-3 yrs after to say it had been found burning at side of a road.

I was driving to work earlier today (7.30am) when i spotted a that type of escort, same colour on a flatbed/trailer.........only thing is that the car seems to be stipped out !!
I mean what are the chances.......
My location is Droylsden, manchester
got a quick look at the reg of the trailer , I think it was on a 54 plate (meant to take down the reg but was in rush hour traffic so could not stop ) .
