Steve you tried that one in Tiptree yet? I reckon your better off trying to find a standard one that hasn't been too messed about with.

I left a message on his answer phone but no reply yet. I agree that an standard one is probably the way to go.
No rush now, I'm gonna cancel my subaru insurance and concertrate on selling my RS to give me a bit more cash to play with. The sellers of the last two cars reckon im too picky.
Without starting or driving the last one I found the bumpers held on with cable ties and filler with rust holes on the cills. It looked like it had been painted by stevie wonder I walked away and lost my ebay deposit....
Words out now that im on the look out so I'll sit tight for a bit.

I would seriously consider buying Wongy's white scoob !
You won't find a cleaner scoob ! And it'll be worth every pennyof the extra cash that you'll have to find to put towards it !
As Frayz said at the pub ! 2k scoobs can be a lottery! More than most of them will be old dogs that have had some sort of weight saving mod done to it !
Good luck on your hunt mate !
But really you don't have to look that far

Didn't know you were planning on building a track car
Or shall i say a road car with minimal extras

Just phoned the U.K 2000 in Rochford it sounds like a nice car in green on a 99T. £2k
Big wheels expensive alarm and well maintained, I'm wondering if I could sell the wheels interior and other bits I dont need. Prolly aint worth a lot and will be cluttering the Garage for months.

Haven't put up for sale anywhere yet, and to be honest not sure what sort of price would be acceptable for mine ? I did pm Steve with a rough price to test the water,
Thank you for the comments about the car guys, my original plan for mine was to be stripped out but didn't have the time as did want to use it for a few track days myself just never got round to it
