Bullitt,
I mean a *new* Apple TV box (not just software changes) or the actual Apple TV, which is an actual television set, actually.
Jack,
I guess the content is the delay. A TV set from Apple will have to have all the content, just work and be perfect. Whole new group of buyers, so you can't screw them over. Which is why the thing is delayed I'm guessing.
Cheers
Ian

I'd put money the content providers are more worried than Apple. They're pretty happy and Apple will want paying. For consumers - without a chip on their shoulders - it would be a revelation. This of course assumes **** hot internet speeds.

What sweeping statement? Chip on the shoulder? Anyone who posts on here that they'll never buy Apple products... because Apple users are Sheep, victims of marketing, more money than sense, Metrosexual, got shagged up the butt by an iPod.

As I don't have a chip on my shoulder it follows that I have never been shagged up the butt by an iPod.
Whilst you're here I see that HP have released the new iMac.

As John Banks said earlier, I hope iOS6 doesn't make my still pretty nippy iPhone4 completely sluggish.
Unfortunately, the only way to find out is upgrading, and once you've done that, you can't go back.
I was all for getting the new iPhone but maybe I'm too middle aged now and finally thinking 'what will it do that my current phone doesn't do'.
What features do you think won't be available on earlier phones with the new iOS? i.e. as Suri was between the 4 and the 4S (even though the 4 was quite capable of running it).

NFC will most likely make an appearance. Not bothered about that. iPhone 4 owners should be fine, I'd be more worried about the 3GS, that's been around forever now.

Yeah I can take a picture of the flat panel monitor on my desk at that angle and make it look the same and if I get one of our cut down keyboards and old optical mousemats I can reproduce that pic aswell. I can also photoshop windows 8 on to it. Still can't see the problem, the iMac thing is thicker and has a large silver bar with a picture of a friut on it at the bottom of the screen. So I say again how many ways are there to mount a flat panel monitor on a stand?
Plus Medion have had touch screen flat panel computer things like that for years so are they copies aswell?

Oh please, why the denial. Is that the first time HP have produced a keyboard and trackpad combo anything like that? Here's the thing, you can't mistake that machine for the older all-in-ones from HP - which are quite nice, but it's easily mistaken for an iMac no matter what the angle.

You know what I am not even going to get drawn into another one of your futile trolling attempts. I really couldn't give a flying **** if HP stole the plan for that apple thing, copied it and changed the sticker on the front!
You feel free to keep believeing that apple are great and everyone else is so **** they need to copy them. I couldn't give a monkies.

The 2010+ Subaru Impreza is identical to the Ford Focus and the Kia C'eed and the Mazda ??? but you don't see ford suing Subaru because their cars happen to look slightly similar do you?
A flat panel monitor is a flat panel monitor and the thing HP has released does not look anything like the Apple thing apart from the fact it is a flat panel monitor on a stand. The dimensions are different the colour is different the location of the buttons ***** and switches is different, the thick bar at the bottom of the apple is different as the HP doesn't have it, the apple is thicker, the OS is different. You need to wake up and realise there are only so many ways to shear a sheep, and slowly over time that way has been perfected and everyone is doing it now.
