No, I don't mean like any of those. The first two are stereos running Android and the third is some sort of cludge box.
What I'm taking about is this

Just about every Car manufacturer offers similar integration for Apple and nothing for Android. Why is that?

If Sony had made a music player that nearly everyone had, you wouldn't be able to integrate your iPhone at all.
Lots of cars now have USB connection, so it won't be long before the OS of the device is irrelevant. In fact, if Android continues to dominate the way it is, IOS integration may go west. I doubt it, but you never know.

Edited to add:
Professional music applications? Giime a break! Professionals will be using Macs, iPads at a push, but iPhones? I don't think so!

Erm, phones with larger screens, smaller tablets etc. (something Mr Jobs said would never happen!)
That is keeping up with demand, it isn't being innovitive.
I'm just pointing out that all these tech companies are all the same.

We all predicted this about the same time last year that Apple would do this, release a smaller iPad and an iPhone with a bigger screen. We pointed out phones were better with bigger screens but the fanboys saying that bigger screens was pointless and that 3.5" was the perfect size and some saying that they wouldn't even consider buying an iPhone if did come with a bigger screen. Now they can't wait to get their hands on them.

So is the iPhone going to have the same screen shape as the current crop of Android phones, or will Apple do something completely different and release a phone with a 16:9 screen?
I think the latter, which will of course shut up the idiots claiming that Apple are following the pack.

I dont think you, because that would be just foolish .
The devil is in the detail and as we all know Apple is pretty good at that. I was just curious about your comment hence asking for examples as to where Apple will start to copy and not innovate.

Hang on. So are you saying that a 4 " screen on a mobile is owned and copyrighted. Same thing for a certain size tablet ?
I dont think you, because that would be just foolish .

I am merely pointing out that Apple is now following a trend rather than sticking to its guns being different.
I really couldn't care less what they do, it just makes me laugh how defensive some people get over a piece of tech.

I have to admit that I'm interested to see what they do with iphone 5. There was a funny comment made in the broadcast media this week about the recent polls stating that over 20% of the public were interested in iphone 5....
The broadcaster went on to say, "So that means that 80% couldn't give a t0ss"!!!!
Made me chuckle.
But whist I'm interested in the new phone - iOS6 is probably more interesting, as I see the synergy between OSX and iOS developing.....
Making way for some rather intriguing iMacs in the future.....
Should make the use of real pro-audio apps more interesting. Most of the stuff out there is very pretty to look at but ultimately useless.
We'll see

Some of us poor B*stards are having a Blackberry Curve 9380 forced upon us by our employers, after 2 years with the Desire I'm not looking forward to my next mobile experience, but hey at least I dont have to pay for it

Will the new iphone be able to receive a signal so you can make a call ? It will be great if it can, i may consider the new one if it doesn't have to wear an armband so that you can get a full signal.
