The problem i can see with that setup is there is nothing to stop the crank breather blowing up in to the header breather pipes. (I believe there is more pressure from the crank breather, i could be wrong?)
2 port is not the way for a scooby.

Not sure what you mean by "blowing up in the header breather pipe" ??
2 port is fine, the three breathers are just teed into one pipe before connecting to the can, it makes no difference. I ran mine this way until I fitted a secondary can. There's no pressure built up as its released via the VTA port on the can.

Regard to return to sump, if you saw the crap that I emptied from my cans last time you'd deffo not want that back into your sump... But as you say, road cars and track cars are different. Mine builds up quite a bit of moisture as its sat for long periods. Maybe there's a way of swapping between the two for when your on track and on road.

I mean, if the crank and headers are teed together and there is more pressure from the crank breather then it could go the wrong way at the T, maybe?

I have seen photos of the crap some people get in their catch cans and so i did run without RTS to start with. I never got anything like the mayo i have seen on other cars and so went for the RTS after filling it so quick on track.

I have seen a tap fitted under the catch can on the RTS hose which would allow you to turn it on and off so there is that option but there are so many big bhp scoobs out there running RTS so its good enough for me.

yup matty i agree, steve who helped me with the pipework has a 2 port and he has just t the two breathers, i have a 3 port so have a port for each side.
so 2 or 3 port makes no difference at all.

my car like yours is not an everday car so i was advised not to return to sump as you get moisture build up which you dont want going back in the engine.
