Everyone should be grateful for having a job these days,oh well don't forget the years some had to study and train for.

Meanwhile the people who coursed it,are living off fat pensions, and been given a pardon, but lets turn on our own workforce eh,because what other choice do we have..
This is how I feel, although, the jobs my partner and I do haven't required years to study for as such, just years of hard graft and loyalty.

It's around 5 years since he has had a pay rise and mine last year made me about £3 a week better off, but no rise this year.

I am grateful to have a job, and things could be worse, obviously, but just because of that, doesn't mean I am happy particularly or that I shouldn't have a 'right' to have a moan.

We are naturally worse off financially, but I am more unhappy due to the changes made where I work in shifts, than the monetary side of things. I accept we aren't well off at this point in time (whether that changes one day is a different matter) but I would take that and make the best of things, but now my employers want to eat into my home life even more, and there is nothing I can do about that. The company is making cuts to make up for lesser takings, yet wasting money elsewhere in my opinion, all while the minions on the front line suffer in more ways than one. It's an employers dream at the moment, get on with it or there's the door. Which all comes back to the point DYK has made, that we have no room to moan as we should be grateful to have a job.

I'm not going into my personal situation any more than that, as knowing this site, I will just be made to feel like **** and unreasonable, no doubt that will be the reaction anyway based on what I have said so far.

Through it out, and people who coursed it. Those have to be lapses of concentration only, no??
