Too awful for words, I'm really sorry.

Do you have any idea yet what the cause actually was?

From the thread title, I was expecting this to be a post about someone selling on a car they had named. I wish it was - terrible news.

As has been said, lean on your friends and family at this difficult time. Good luck.

Gutted for you mate.

I'll tell you the same thing that a mate told me when he was doing rotations in A&E as part of his medical training after a patient died very unexpectedly. A House officer approached him and said that there were two rules in life: 1) Sometimes lovely people die well before their time 2) Sometimes there is nothing anyone can do about rule 1 - you just have to do the best you can with the information you have at the time.

Don't beat yourself up - there is nothing to be gained by it.

Life is going to seem ****e for a while now, but as much as it hurts, keep in mind that with the help of your mates and your family, you will get though this.

Condolences.

Paul

So very sorry for your terrible loss. My husband died at 38 from a heart attack so have some inkling as how devastated you must be feeling.

As others have said this is a time to be with your family and friends but if it helps to talk about her on here and post pics to show how lovely she was, then do it. You just have to take things moment by moment and do whatever feels right at the time .

I'm sure you have all the thoughts and support of everyone on here.

Blymey that's so wrong at 30 years old, I really feel for you at this time now, like others have said, don't be alone right now.
She looks lovely and it's not fair, but hope you hold on to the good times and don't blame yourself as its a normal reaction. God bless you for the future and I hope it dosent strain you as I wouldnt know how to cope.

I am so sorry to hear of your loss.

I can imagine that you are quite numb at the moment, so make sure you surround yourself with family and friends as it will hit you.

If coming on here helps, do it. Don't listen to anyone telling you not to. We are here if you need a ear to listen fella.
