When I get one of these pratts tailgating me,especially when I am driving at the prescribed speed limit, I follow the safety advice and gently slow down. This means that if you do have an emergency stop, then there is a better chance of avoiding a rear ending and should that happen then the damage will not be so bad.

If the bloke behind me gets the message and drops back to a sensible distance then I will speed up again.

Very silly action to give him a brake test anyway.

Well I own a BM and I use my indicators more than just about any other road user I come across on my journeys.... No one seems to give a **** about indicating anymore - winds me right up. Especially idiots on motorways or dual carriageways who just drift across in front of you without signalling.....

Its right that its not so much the brand but the likely-hood a rep is driving it. Audi's used to be respectable car, like a BM but all I think now is "What is this cretin about to do?".
