Looks great. Enjoy.

Why are there comparisons being made between a C43 and a CL55K? Isn't there about the power of a good hot hatch difference in power between them?

What an anti-petrolhead comment. Do you drive a Prius perchance?

why so much of putting down other peoples cars?
the Subaru and the AMG are totally different cars....it's like comparing night and day.
they both do what they do and they both do them well.
would you see an AMG on the rally stage? that's where the impreza was bred.
the AMG is taking a luxury marque and putting it on steroids.
i personally love the AMG and think its a phenomenal car and i also love lots of other cars especially my Subaru. if we all drove the same car, wouldn't the world be a boring place?

To be fair you wouldn't see a subaru ROAD card on a rally stage either Well not without ******** the suspension, wheels n bodywork

Cheers

Yes the C43 is a C class saloon weighing about 1600kg with 292bhp and the CL55K is a coupe which in stock trim has 500hp and weighs about 1850kg, it's a bit like saying a 1998 Impreza Sport and a 2004 Spec C have roughly the same performance

Yes it has been mapped and had the supercharger uprated prior to me owning it so has 601hp and 620 lb/ft torque according to the dyno print.

No worries, I don't mind negative comments so much, it's my car and I like it, as I said I just thought others might like to see it hence the post

Funny as I haven't had any issues driving it at legal speeds as yet. And your reasoning is flawed, why buy any car that goes over 70mph then???? Like a Subaru... it doesn't make sense either by your criteria!

I think Impreza owners (one myself!) commenting on the 'flawed image' of any other car should be used as a prime example of irony.

This. People are using his car to pick an argument with the member as he's rubbed his fair share of others up the wrong way Amd he'll openly admit it.

Lovely classy looking motor mate I bet its an effortless monster. There was one with nearly 700bhp at a rolling road day i went to at awesome gti, sounded brutal!

Got to love peoples stupid comments ''not as quick as an impreza'' etc...

Completely different car in a different sector, plus an impreza varies from an old turbo 2000 to a new 500bhp hatch

Totally different motors either way that cant be compared in my opinion. (again with the RS6 suggestion, how is a 4 door saloon in any way a similar choice to an AMG coupe??)

Enjoy it mate

Please lads don't worry about the negative comments, I genuinely couldn't care less to be honest and we can't all like the same thing. Some posters have said some pretty clueless things about the car, but that is to be expected on Scoobynet 2012 Edition!

Yeah there is an element of baiting going on, but that's to be expected ... as Choc says I do rub some people up the wrong way, but I only say what I think and what many others think, but don't say.

If you like the car great, if not no worries, but by the way you have no taste ... just kidding

As for craigo..... irony personified, but to be expected

Bet they ******* love you up in and around Boulmer, Myles.

Get yourself down to Low Hauxley, they'll absolutely hate you! I pissed them right off in my car a few years back, and it only had a Magnex system at the time.

Merc looks alright, Chris. Not to my taste though, but, whatever floats your boat.

I'll add one of the engine tomorrow.

It does about 28mpg on a long run and around 14mpg around town!
