Did a few jobs in the engine bay today, gone for a little bit less 'in your face' look. Power steering tank, header tank, belt cover, breather pipe and a few lids sprayed black and the intercooler pipes wrapped with black heat wrap. Carbon fibre wrapped battery cover and stainless washer bottle cover fitted to.
Think it looks pretty good..

Your always under the bonnet mate

Great pics and does the car some justice too, which pics don't normally do. Looks stunning as always, but that must be cos it don't go out to play too often

I would dread to think what you have actually spent on the car in parts alone. Let alone time and remaps etc. You must nearly be out of things to do now

This is probably the best looking classic I have ever seen! I love everything about it! I love despoilered back, love black on white with red bits colour scheme, I love pre-facelift bumper with jun splitter, i love morettes with intake, love aerocatches, grill, mirrors, ENGINE!

So nice!

edit: Have you still got back seats in? If yes, how did you mount your harnesses?

Thank you mate, comments very much appreciated.

Rear seats are out now but I did originally have rear seats fitted and harnesses. Although they were pretty much unusable because ive used ring bolts where the rear seat belt buckles bolt too.

It's allright but. I really love your car. If I ever imagined what my dream Impreza would look like it was exactly like yours or the same but bugeye. Although if I could have any wheels I imagine it would probably roll on Advan RGII or Volk TE57

Regaring harnesses, Do you think there is some sort of seatbelt buckle adapter for harnesses? So I could have 3 point harness mounted solid at the front that I could use along with normal seatbelts and the rear end point could clip into rear seat's buckle... You reckon something like this exists? That would be perfect really...

What about buying a pair of seat belt clips from a breaker and sticking them on your harness. So in effect the harness would just clip into the rear seat belt and if you ever need to take passengers you could just unclip the harness and use your normal seat belt.
Or the other option is a harness bar.

If I remember correctly I got the reverse vent from ETS racing.

http://www.etsracing.com/

Can't remember the price but it wasn't drastic and the fit is very very good.

Nah, harness bar only looks cool. I have seen photos of car after a crash with harness bar in. I will just say it was probably as ****ed and mangled as a person who was strapped to it...

edit:

Seat belt clips? You mean the metal bits connected to normal seatbelts you clip into a buckle? How would you mate them with harnesses? Just drill some sort of hole through them and bolt together? That would work exactly how I imagine it to....
