Should have added a comment. Apple being a bit sneaky displaying the court judgement.

There are stories all over the Internet concerning the sucess of the mini.

As usual ignorant jerkl fails in his research and half baked comments.

http://www.mercurynews.com/60-second...ipad-mini-wall

In comparison to HD resolution tablets it has a blurry screen, low powered processor, no gps . Hardly a bargain at over £100 more than the market which has a much higher spec.

We certainly don't believe the jerkl. I remember some toss@r a few years ago saying that Android would never catch on because it was too fragmented. Well if 75% of global market share is fragmented then let it rule.

Jerkl conducts personal straw polls which are a figment of his own imagination.

The fact remains that the legacy firms (Microsoft, apple, oracle) are petrified of a future where open software OS reigns supreme. Hence all this vexatious litigation by them to stifle Android. Well it aint working

I'm only replying to Apple hate posts, and not all of them. I'd say if anyone needs to see a shrink its the ***** that start them.

Your belief in just apple just confirms your insular ignorant character. You cant see the bigger picture about the likes of apple microsoft et al who are panicking that their revenue streams of old, will start dry up because of Android.

When Android moves into a dominant position in the home pc market with cloud based apps then these companies are in real trouble because apple won't be able to charge excessive prices for equipment and microsoft wont be able to sell their software.

Open platform software is the future.

And so it continues:

http://uk.finance.yahoo.com/news/app...192351940.html

And for the record, I really don't believe that Jack even cares about Apple. He just loves trying to wind everyone up.
What a sad and lonely life he must lead.

I believe in the Apple products I use, because they exceed my expectations. You carry on with your free software, it's a good hobby.

Apple release the iPod and every Tom and Dick put i in front of their product name, good move Mexican telephone shop, sue Apple and win for a name inspired by an Apple product.

No skin off Apple's nose, petty cash. They'll just use a bit of the cash from the Samsung payment.

Gearhead, you're right, outside of Scoobynet I rarely mention Apple, but someone has to defend them against the idiots on here. And it's fun.

Exactly, a sad, lonely individual who believes that 'virtual wins' give his life a sense of purpose.

You, Mr Clark are what we modern folk call........... A loser.

Now run along and play with your fruit.

There you go again your ignorance knows no bounds, The USA case apple v Samsung was a travesty of natural justice. There are so many aspects of the case which are now being scrutinised, that the case will take years to resolve, possible a mis-trial or an appeal will only sort out.

Just because an OS is free doesn't have a correlation with cheapness or poor performance, far from it. That is why Android has literally sky rocketed in popularity.

Just to put you on notice the apple V Motorola "frand" case has taken an unexpected twist with apple now wanting to back away from starting the court case

Can of worms

Oh, when Apple are winning it's a travesty and I'm ignorant for now knowing that. Why do you waste your life hating a computer company? It makes no sense. Go back to being a football fan/hooligan, more suited to your intellect.

Android is popular because it followed iOS into the market and offered similar looking functions for free.

So by logic Android is fantastic because it has all the features and some of ios, but wins hands down because its free, at last you're getting it

Free isn't always the best option. I pay for great service and get it. You get no service with Android, Zero.

Was that a serious statement Jack? If so, that wasn't very nice.
Why do get so angry when your Apple products make life so simple for you?

And I have an interest in the Apple vs Android saga. More of a vice than a proper interest I might add. I do also post on other threads Jack, not only yours.

That is the environment you signed and paid up for. A closed OS that doesn't allow its users to play, correct or alter. With a massive independent developer network, Android is alive and thriving
