You might want to take a look at that Android browser you're using. Apple might have given you and the community that.
Oh and here's an announcement from Apple.
"CUPERTINO, California—November 5, 2012—Apple® today announced it has sold three million iPads in just three days since the launch of its new iPad® mini and fourth generation iPad—double the previous first weekend milestone of 1.5 million Wi-Fi only models sold for the third generation iPad in March. The Wi-Fi + Cellular versions of both iPad mini and fourth generation iPad will ship in a few weeks in the US and in many more countries later this year."
That 3 million must all be the full size iPad though because no one's buying the mini, that's a flop. LOL.

Yet again you don't read the detail behind the front, alot of the pre sale figures are to retail outlets and corporate bodies, it doesn't mention the ipad "trade in" figures which apple were offering. Yes there will be an initial rush, but reports are not many people queued for the new product. lacking Hehe

apple V Motorola Case dismissed with prejudice
apple's Frand case has been dismissed with prejudice, this is the 2nd apple V Motorola case to be dismissed with prejudice, last time the judge gave apple a right spanking.
Cant wait to here this Judges scathing comments on a frivolous vexatious case brought by apple

Motorola commented
"We're pleased that the court has dismissed Apple's lawsuit with prejudice," a Google spokeswoman said.
"Motorola has long offered licensing to our extensive patent portfolio at a reasonable and non-discriminatory rate in line with industry standards," the spokeswoman continued. "We remain interested in reaching an agreement with Apple."
apple refused to comment, but injunctions are now a real possibility if apple doesn't accept negotiations!!
