I remember the said complaint, but if I remember correctly, I am sure it was someone just making it up as they were complaing also about the speed that the cruise went at, he said 30mph all the way into Southend IIRC, and it has never ever been that slow.

at the end of the day if you are taxed, insured and road legal there is nothing anyone can do about it.... you could hold a protest by driving past his house in convoy. Just a thought!
