Well personally I agree as nothing would ever make me want to buy one, but it is up to him as others have said.

What a steaming pile of horrible putrid sh1te Now that's harsh and I'm only kidding its not bad bar the daft bumper, scoop, rear wing and... oh

Like a lot on here I don't like the hatch at all, so modifying it is simply trying to polish the turd out of it imo. The saloon if I was forced to would be a nicer proposition to own n mod.

I bought the hatch because I couldnt get any other impreza with 0 miles on the clock.

Im not too bothered about the comments, it IS a marmite scoob.

So more angles of the ugly scoob

I like the fact you have done something a little different, only thing I hate is the ugly metal work behind the grill where the Subaru badge is missing fro.

Your car and it looks like you have enjoyed doing what you have done so who cares!

Sorry to jump on the bandwagon here, Carl, but I feel compelled to comment. What you've managed to do, and it's no mean feat, is endow the most unsightly automobile ever produced with features that even it appears repulsed by! This vehicle is now so horribly and painfully disfigured that I actually grimaced when its form first appeared on my screen. Please remove.

Love the comments. Well, its deffo a marmite. Some absolutely hate it, and others quite like it.

I like it, I dont give a to55 if anyone does or doesnt, thats their opinion and everyone is entitled to one.

I cant drive around in a scoob thats looks identical to another scoob. Yawn.

As far as the kit, unfortunately, the front bumper is the only one available for the hatch wrx (GH8), there is another, but its in the states and shipping costs make it ridiculous.

Besides, I like it and thats all that matters. Im quite happy to listen to other peoples opinions, even if I dont agree with them, as I dont agree with others. Thats just life

Your £ notes would have been more wisely spent strengthening the engine & putting some big power down IMO

As said , yes I can see , def looks like a focus from side view
Change scoop, relocate number plate , fill in bumper so only IC core shows , bespoke black mesh over , loose the high spoiler , paint the wheels black

Sorry , it's not my car : shouldn't really say lol

no problem. Basically, you prefer standard, untouched. Many people like a "standard, wheres my car as I cant see it as everyone else has the same thing", thats your choice of course.

Notes have been spent, its got a forged engine and uprated gear box.
Its putting out 328hp with 370lbs per ft. It pops , it flames. It goes like **** off a shovel. Its a reliable daily-driven car, doing 110 miles A DAY and doesnt miss a heart beat.

Watch this space !

Hey that's fair play carlh
But if you don't do any but 1
Relocate that number plate , I think the way your bumper flairs a square plate & bracket would suit
But as again / it's your car / your choice - any engine pics ?

I don't think it's that bad, the original front view photo has got bright sunshine flowing through the grille which highlights the metalwork behind, I'd like to see the front without the sunshine, I bet it looks better.
You haven't gone down the roof vent and bright green Monster sticker route so that's a plus point.
I do however, think that the bonnet scoop is oversized. Maybe put some lights in the spaces either side of the lower grille?

You have got yourself an individual-looking car, not far removed from the pre-release WRC mock-ups

http://www.thetorquereport.com/subar...za_wrc2008.jpg

I prefer the bonnet on the mock-up.

Anyway, enjoy your car and let others say what they like, it's yours and it's a one-off

You have the purists who hate change and modders who hate no change so not going to please everyone.

Cars looking good Carl Getting some good power out of her now as well, whats next on your list?

Baby is next on list gareth Due in January

That reminds me, if you fancy a photoshoot with your little 'un with you and the missus, will do it, no charge of course

I am thinking about getting rid of the grill inside the scoop. I cant change the scoop, its part of the carbon bonnet. I like it anyway - even if I cant see **** out of the front windscreen coz its feckin huge lol

Fair enough.

It's just that they sell a CWIII bonnet scoop separately so thought yours might come off.
