I'm planning on it going in the single DIN storage Forester conversion so it can be hidden but easily accessed, that way the car will still look OE and most of the time it'll be left in the auto position anyway.

Big thanks going out to my good friend Ross for coming over today and helping me get some jobs done on Ty's car, fuel reg is now mounted,IC is back in place after cleaning out the IC pipes, new bonnet lifters are fitted, front bumper is mounted9not fully fixed in place and the hella horns are mounted[both are on the passenger side as the steering cooler pipe is in the way on the drivers side]

It's damn nearly there now, just the downpipe to wrap/fit along with centre/rear section plus change the gear oil all round and then mount the AFR gauge in the new pod on the pillar and then mount the Toucan and she is then ready to get down to engine tuner for mapping.
The car will come back after to have the roll centre correction kit fitted plus new drop links and a geo setup but we have decided to just concentrate on getting it on the road for now.

Engine bay is looking great Ry. Could you have not relocated the cooler, or put the hella in front of it? It looks odd with the 2 one one side.
Please don't take my comments as having a go, your attention to detail is outstanding and I'm sure Ty will be a very happy chap when he takes delivery.

No offense taken at all bud,the cooler pipe is a hard pipe so no give in it and to relocate would mean dropping it down out of the air flow so no good and there simply isn't enough room in front of it and still fit the grille.
I wasn't the happiest about it tbho!

I like the horns side by side, it stands out and shows they are the real deal Hella Supertones.
I'm already over the moon with the car Rich, it's going to be a beast.

All the best cars have them in that position.
They're a real work of art, not cheap but definitely the best.
It cost me a pretty penny 7 years ago, but it's unique.
I'm not sure you could get that plate but perhaps M4RIO would be better for a pipe strangler.

Popped in today to see Ryan, and came to the realisation that I need to change my beloved Genome rear silencer as it'll restrict the power at around 500bhp.
So I'll now be looking for a Milltek or Hayward & Scott 3'' rear silencer and the Genome will be up for sale soon.
The other option is to get the Genome altered to a 3'' pipe size but that's really the worst of all options.
