The car arrived with Enginetuner today and Martyn has already installed a base map and had the engine running and all is well.
Martyn has wired in the sensors for the Toucan, so on Monday he will wire in the Toucan display and the LC1 wideband gauge plus of course continue with the mapping.
I really didn't expect Martyn to install the base map today, which I'm really happy and impressed about plus it's a testament to Ryan's work that everything has gone so well.

The same as Ryan get him a KFC bucket or box meal and he'll have a big smile on his face, and he becomes very susceptible to Jedi mind control or me changing my mind again / project slippage.

I have some preliminary results on V Power only but not final as yet, it wouldn't be fair to post them until the final figures are known on V Power only and the V Power / meth mix.
Once I have the final figures then I will post them up along with the RR plots.

Bit of an issue with the Alcatek ECU, it's had to be returned for a repair to Alcatek as there's a problem with the CAN stream.
It'll be back on Thursday so everything is still okay for me to collect the car on Friday.

But I know what you mean though - if it can go wrong then invariably it will.

I'm now on the train on my way down to pick up my car, Martyn came across a real big problem yesterday afternoon due to the injectors not performing well at low revs making the car undriveable.
Luckily I knew of a set of ID1000's which a mate of Ryan's had for sale, so last night I went to pick them up from Ryan who picked them up for me.
So I had to rearrange and pay for earlier train tickets so I could get down to Plymouth earlier than planned to allow Martyn @ Enginetuner enough time to remap the car got the new injectors.
Hopefully no more hitches today.
And I've learnt my lesson, I ain't be buying reflowed injectors ever again.

Not great news about the investors, but at least you got the issue resolved quickly. Enjoy the train journey, I bet you're feeling like a kid on Christmas eve!!

Just saw a mega flash of light coming over the top of pen-y-fan, followed by 6 sonic booms in succession, unidentifiable vehicle creating them, all I saw was a wr blue blur and the distorted face of a happy skinny man as it passed me at approx 340mph....could it be Ty?
