Exclamation

Tony
What Adam is saying is that it's torque, and at low revs, that matters, not BHP, and that's where the STi7 is deficient at present.

Re availability of the PPP, I presume you saw Mike's comments on the other PPP thread?

Talking

Thought I would get this back to the top, as I have now paid for my PPP, and am looking forward to it being fitted at long last. No I don't have a date for that yet.

I'm not a 'bloody import owner' please don't cast observations about something you don't know. (please note this comment now taken back sorry jon)

KenG I'm past the age of believing in fairies, but am a happy 33yr old with an Sti V7 on the drive which, (Light touch paper) will leave std uk Sti's with ease.

If you don't believe me well, hey your perogative. Chiark will be the first to see the car and when he does will be able to back me up. Maybe then people will stop bitchin and for once be happy that someone may have something that is :-

A Special
B Something they may no be able to have
C Something they had not heard about or realised was possible?

I'll leave it to you guys, the photo's will come soon when I stop driving it long enough to take some.

As to the comments regarding power output of 310bhp it was Auotcars review in particular and speaking to Warrander (whom I didn't buy mine from in case you wonder) that reckons JDM cars are nearer 310 than 280.

Agreed nobody is putting a gun at anybodys head to buy the PPP but WHY should ANYBODY pay £1500-£2000 to put something back which is nearly already their on the JDM cars??????

I was refering partly in jest to myself, as i just bought an STi import. Surely if your car is not an STi type UK, then it's an STi7 import? Dont i remember you saying it was being imported especially as a one off?

All this 300BHP plus bollox is very tedious anyway, what matters more is the guy behind the wheel, not what power you think you have. You can only use the extra power, if you have it, on track anyway really. Once you get over a certain level it's pretty much pub talk that takes over as you cant use that much on the road often.

Red face

To ALL,
I just found out that my "source say PPP won't happen till after Christmas" was loading the bullets and getting me to fire them
So I'll apologies for the missleading info

So I'll stick with any one of my 50 replies to any PPP posts bar the one that says it ain't happening Not sure which one though will have to toss a coin

Checking bank statement don't want the cheque to bounce
