Yeah, I understand that just fine.
To me though, one is acceptable, the other seems a bit weird.

What I hate is we have started using their terms, Headers no Exhaust manifold next we we will be calling brake disks= Rotas, Anti roll bars = sway bars, Bonnets=hoods, boot= trunk
