Copping out now, as you know the truth, you must think that everyone's as dumb as you, just admit it and refund him then you may redeem yourself, is it worth your reputation?? Seriously??

I know my money is almost impossible to recover..., but I'm glad that did not happen again to the good people of the forum why I opened this post, I think people do not deserve to be cheated.

I cant understand paypal, Paypal's normal course of action is to simply tell you to return the item for a full refund, Why is it different in this case ?

if you want to try get the sellers address and details try tracing the owners on this vehicle..

N70 AJJ . from what i gather its an old blue astra vxr that he owned in 2009. so his details will be in the cars history.
and his full names Andy or Andrew jones.

worth a bash if you are trying to find his address to somehow get your cash back lol

I send a message this user for paypal to arrange the problem and one was returning my money,This boy answers and says to me that it should not be called him a liar and it does claim,Paypal closes the case and says that they are not played the role responsible for the condition of the materials, they can only help with shipping problems, they close the case and say they can not help,I called yesterday to paypal and they say tell us that it has happened I tell him my problem they say call later or today but have not received the call,I am going to call on Monday to see that it happens,It is quite a bit rare.

Sorry my english is bad

ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED (wrong model), End of issue, paypal will make you retun them and will release your money once the tracked parcel has been delivered.
So why is this not the case ? I think from a neutral point of veiw here there is more to this than meets the eye

Just fess up Andy, do the decent thing and refund the guy his money, I think its highly unlikely that these are not the ones you sent him, c'mon if the guy wanted to pull a fast one he would have posted on here a lot quicker than giving you a chance to reply to his messages and going through PayPal dispute

You can tell by the way someone posts IMO if its full of kak or not, and the guy here has put a lot of effort in on his behalf IMO to resolve this BEFORE coming on here to vent off some anger, and good on him no offence but times are hard enough without crooks like you coming along and taking the perverbial out of people, I bet you seen Spain and thought " yea baby easy bit of money by here" and its not as if you are the cheapest, you priced me more for a wing and arch liner than Scott at scoobyspares and they are pretty fair was expecting it to be at least a little cheaper than a breaker ffs

By the way still waiting on these pics your trying frantically to google

The guy will find it hard enough posting on here in English , let alone try and resolve a dispute with a seller through PayPal
Imagine most of us trying in Spanish !
Assuming the ops side of the story is the truth
I think the seller is taking full advantage of this and the fact he's not just down the road
Because if that was the case I dare say the shocks would have been given back and refund given in record time

Hi wrbhawk,in the post of scoobynet this guy does not put any photo of coilovers, the guy just puts in Scoobynet Tein Mono Flex EDFC With 650 pounds, but in the user account in ebay i verify that it puts the same thing but with a photo only as this one

I never seen photos of the complete suspensions in this forum scoobynet or ebay,it does not put complete photos because if not nobody buys.

It is difficult to me to write in English, but I want that the truth is known.

Thanks.

I got scammed with a stolen cheque a few years back and nearly lost 3k had all the emails, address, name, number etc gave it all to the police and nothing no phone call no nothing, prob pulling over a car with a bulb out!!

My point is that the police won't give 2 flying ***** about this let alone advise him no to comment on a forum lol

Scooby Spain has to be in the right here as said previously, why would be bother making a stink over it publicly if he has already won his scam?

We're as mr Andy does nothing to defend him self with pics etc and just states no comment so in my eyes = fail Andy!

Now I'm not saying that one is the wronger and the other the wrongee, although it certainly looks a bit one sided, especially with one guys 'legal' advice. However, surely you can't just sell sub-standard kit online, then just skulk off into the shadows with the spoils, as it seems this one is going to.
Good on the detectives on here who are trying to help out Spanish amigo to get somewhere, anywhere with his 'purchase'.

Only applies when purchasing through Ebay with a valid item number in the transaction receipt/invoice Addi, If this was the case then the OP still has a case to answer with Paypal.

No it does'nt mate, I sold an item to which the cheeky tw@t of a buyer used it then opened a paypal claim and the outcome was it got returned to me second hand and he got his money back and i got stuck with a second hand stone island jumper that was valued at £260 when sent but because hes worn it its now worth about £50 on flea bay.

Classic!

The dodgy seller has bought parts from some members on here. am sure if someone ask's them nicely they will supply the address they sent the items too.
all in the name of helping fellow members etc

1 of the threads he bought something from the looks of it was this one
https://www.scoobynet.com/wanted-18/941968-newage-sti-prodrive-downpipe.html

but he seems to have bought a few parts from others. so someone should know where they sent the items to :P

ive been watching too much elementary lol
