I'm confused as to why you are getting this from PayPal, they always side with the buyer as long as you choose the "significantly not as described" option when going through the resolution centre. Is that the option you picked?

Here here!

I think Scoobynetters are just fed up with the number of scams taking place. Thankfully Andy has done the right thing and a line can be drawn under it all.

Great news, glad you got your money back!

So how come he gave you it back in the end, thought he said the items you pictured in this thread were not the ones he sent??

So Andy returned the money, Jose returned the shocks? Who paid for a courier to send the shocks back? It must cost a bit to get them to UK from Spain?

I am curious to the above answers tooo.. I imagine the shocks would just go in the bin.

I wonder what would have happened if spain didn't speak out.. I'm glad he did and that Andy has had his name tarnished. It's a shame but no one should get away with ripping anyone off... I wouldn't be suprised if it was andy's first time at sending rubbish and he has been busted first time.

I'm just like that, I do something once and it always gets me - Thats why i'm a good boy with my socks pulled up

Glad andy has seen sense now that he's realised that it's not worth his reputation, and to carry on selling things Subaru related as its a small community.

Always suspicious when someone who's joined about the same time as the thread started comes on defending someone, not accusing anyone just pointing out the obvious

Looking at your location there is 2subaru clubs on your doorstep

Lads Lancashire and district Subaru club

Cads Cheshire and district Subaru club

Both excellent clubs who have been at every one of the ten NBO s

Clubs are so important for newbys
Good honest advice and someone always has something for sale or know best places to get them from

You also have the Smacs and the Cumbrian Scoobs a bit further afield

Indeed.

People are saying all is well now, well...... it's not. Sorry, but there is no way I'd buy anything from a seller who has tried to scam someone. It's only because of the pressure applied on scoobynet that Scooby_Spain has had his money returned. IMHO the seller should be banned from Scoobynet, after all, he's not even returned to defend himself and say sorry and that it's all been sorted out.
