What a read, proper caught out there mind wernt they! And how can they argue with the data logs bearing in mind they were the people thrashing the car about caught on video and doing the mapping, then stupidly sent the logs across without realising probably what was was contained in them fills you full of confidence that does mind!

Not a company I would give the slightest thought to after that shambolic turn of events, wonder how many other sights this has gotten about to , the more the merrier if you ask me, stop them from trying to pull the pants down of other unsuspected targets!

you read a post put up by a guy who was sacked by aprillia for being a bad engine builder the car showed up at matts it wasnt right the guy who built it and sider agreed for an independant engineer to look at it the guy came out stripped the engine as he has to to give a full legally binding report there was feul in the oil etc builders fault not matts and a bunch of people that know nothing about it throwing coments around is damaging and pethetic im asking for this post to be removed the whole thread

nope matt went up and down the road several times in it also while in his garage he put a 2" scratch above filler cap putting feul in with a gerry can hes not saying hes without fault but the engine is down to the builder not matt

 

He went up and down the road above the speed limit, after HE advised the engine was knackered. Not very responsible from a "supposed" reputable garage dont you think?

 

 

not after he said also sider has also taken part in illegal activities as it is against the law to film without prior permission and if matt choses it will cost him a lot more than an evo in compensation for damges and losses to business as a direct result of them

yeah ive know matt for 7 years hes mapped and tuned all 4 of my gtrs my scoobys and ive never had any issues with his quality of service or his pricing i have my time attack car there now and im more than confident it will be good

 

so i dont have split blame you spend what im spending you dont want a faulty part doing 20k of damage and lateral blaming matt when hes done fa to it you know what i mean

pat at syvecs as hes sorting me an ecu to run nos etc then will be handed over to matt as patt trained him hes more than happy for matt to do it

 

So if it blows (which I hope it dont) Lateral will blame matt and matt will blame Lateral and you will be in the same boat as Sider, I rest my case

 

But the engine was running fine until matt went to map it on motec ecu and matt didn't have settings right apparently
And he lied about lots of things

 

No offence to you olly cos your a decent bloke, but c'mon open your fecking eyes, he has been doing this for ages and everyone I have spoken to has had some sort of troubles with him and evos and blaming someone else everytime, just this time it's been aired in public, why are you defending him unless he's a very close friend, I can name you at least 5-6 people right now that has had troubles with him, why are you so protective of him.

no i follow marks instruction he will only hand the car to me when mapped to full power mark is taking it to patt for setup to get upto power and test components then the map will be tweeked by matt track to track throughout time attack

umm are you quoting any laws here.. or just "wat I lurned off tv, ug!" we live in the UK, not US.
legal in UK to video and record public places without notification.... (you are even allowed to film the cops and can ignor their requests to switch off the device, ask them to check with the duty Sgt under what section is it illigal to films cops, it isnt)
'....if you are a private person, now if your a registered business.. thats another thing, you may need, in certain regions, to submit a filming request... dont get the two mixed up.
