In what way?

The BBC present the show in a more informal way I grant you, but that is not what I want from my coverage. Ben Edwards is good, but the pairing of DC and the Irish bell end is dire and Jake often seemed to be the third stooge rather than the anchorman he should have been. Suzi Perry is a good choice to replace him, but I fear will get swallowed up by the two idiots.

Sky is not without its faults, not keen on Georgie although at least she only has a bit part and Simon Lazenby isn't the greatest anchor as he is a bit too wooden, but Croft, Brundle, Davidson and Hill all add something very worthwhile to the coverage.

This and the fact you can see every practice session and every race of every weekend all presented professionally with the lead in and analysis sections focusing on the sport (not some driver cooking burgers for charity or some other **** the BBC find to beam at us) all interspesred with season reviews and documentaries wins out for me over the BBC by a country mile!

I didn't question his knowledge, I just find him irritating.

As I want to watch it live and not several days later I watch it on SKY F1. Much better too. Perhaps she could go work there?

Really? I find Croft, Brundle, Davidson & Hill don't even come close to filling the boots of EJ, DC and Jake.

Regarding your dislike of EJ that's a personal thing but I think he's brilliant, being the Ex team owner he's not afraid to ask the things other people would only dream about. I find that having an ex team owner and a ex driver in the line up works quite well too.

Fair enough I can't argue about Sky having the practice sessions Etc. But next season I'll be doing what I did this season by watching BBC's live races first and foremost then only watching Sky when the other races arent being shown on BBC, I even went and subscribed to Sky HD so I could watch all the races live on SkyHD last season and still prefered the BBC.

No worries, it would be no fun if we all liked the same thing. I think we should remember that both channels are infinitely better than the old ITV coverage and James Allen's commentary

Would be good if we could pick and choose the best bits from both really wouldn't it?

I was dubious about the Sky F1 setup but I have been impressed. They seem to strike the right balance between factual and entertainment and I love their opening credits and theme tune. Georgie I could easily do without.

As for Suzi Perry I am sorry but I can not see her doing the role justice. Maybe too many series of the gadget show with her dicking around with JB.

After all they have a dedicated channel offering warmup coverage, quali and hours of coverage on race day. Brundle is still top dog, way ahead of DC and Ben Edwards.
Can't see what Suzi will offer other than something to look at.

Nik.

I agree
But I don't agree with the something to look at.
Suzi is long past her best.

EJ's got ***** to ask alot of questions others would only think about asking though, there's not alot can match him in that department.

Regarding his shirts though, I can't remember seeing the sweaty arm pits this season he had the season before?

Just checked out your Georgia, she appears to be a blonde bimbo who needs a drink to get behind the wheel.

Still she has to appeal to the average sky user I suppose

Fair enough.
However, much more pleasing on the eye than Suzi Perry
