How do they deal with rectifying the faults? My Mercedes was riddled with faults and to the dealers credit he spent fortune putting it right for me (yorkshire exclusive cars).

You have to remember that Keighley is a highly populated Asian area where they value appearance over anything else. KTC have the market sussed here and sell cheap cars that look as though they should be far more expensive, not out of the goodness of their heart but by buying wrecks which suits the majority of people here just fine. Just don't get caught into their world by thinking you have spotted a bargain. They bring a new meaning to the word specialist.

They are very very very bad. We are organizing a group to bring them to court , please send me an e-mail to gabyost898 [at] gmail.com for more information. What they do is immoral and probably illegal

I shouldn't be surprised, but why do people search for Keighley AFTER buying a car from them? A simple name search will bring them up in Google and would have avoided the obvious problems they cause.

Very hard to take them to court tbh, like any used car dealer, it's upto the buyer to make sure a car is correct, I.e take a AA inspection etc.
Cars nowadays in the used market are now sold as parts or spares and not sold as seen as was before, as long as you've signed this document youve agreed to them terms.
Apparently that's the new legalisation of buying used cars now, dealers aren't allowed to sell cars sold as seen, but as parts or spares etc.

It's not actually in Bradford it's in Airedale, although it shares a bd postcode, it's a fair way from Bradford although quite close half hour, also close to Skipton, burnley, Halifax etc.
But the owners probably live in Bradford as to their shoddy cars sales tactics.

Was this the first car you have ever bought?
I have on several occasions had a look around a garage on behalf of a forum member, taken photos of the service history and any faults I find with the car. I talk to the dealer to gauge their levels of service and have ended up saving people a lot of time.
If anyone wants to take advantage of my location let me know. (I drive past all 3 KTCs everyday)

I'm interested (or was until I read the Keighley reviews online) in a black Mondeo Titanium X Sport 2.2 Diesel they have for about £7.5k if you've seen it..?

I have moved far far away now so unfortunately I am not in a position to view any of their cars Im afraid...but as ScoobyWon't says unless they have a unique car then look elsewhere. Certainly on a Mondeo there is no need to look at them at all. If you are drawn in by an attractive price there will be a reason and it wont be good.

For a dealer with such a well known bad reputation it makes me wonder how they've survived for so long. Also, they also seem to stock top end cars other than the pink R8 they had last time I looked on their interweb site
