I 've just seen this and was going to post something simular. So might aswel post in here and will look at the other app you can get. My car is 03 wrx blob
Looking at getting a new pioneer radio. But while i didnt really realise you can get wifi obd module as im not into that technical side of things. I was looking at getting the dashcommand which i think is really good and be interesting to what it would tell you on these cars.
Reading the reviews in the app store people are useing the app on their phone and useing wifi obd2. to buy the obd2 wifi were would you recommend to buy one from as their a few on ebay.

I have both Torque for Android and Dash-Command for IOS, found that a bluetooth adapter works well on the Android and wifi for IOS.
Dash-Command you can input a lot of data for it to work correctly where Torque is more plug and play, the track recorder is a good function.
Both have there good and bad points hence having both and use the one that is required.
You can get the adapters from eBay for about £10-15, watch out for fakes as they don't work, if i can find who I got mine from will post up the item number.
