Whats your trade then, you seem to have all round skills in plumbing, electrics, building
Yes coming along in leaps and bounds now...a few hours a night makes a dent.Security is very good as you said, driveway fitted with hydraulic rise n fall bollard (same as used to shut off roads),underground hydraulic gate openers with hydraulic locking, backed up by an electro magnetic lock with 500 kilos of holding force to stop gates being forced open(happened with previous budget system). All worked of remote control. All backed up with cctv and the usual alarms.
My primary trade is plumbing/heating/gas engineer.I am also a qualified electrician, but can turn my hand to most things quite well.

Floor tiling finished...must have been 150 cuts by the time I did inside the cupboards..glad that's done.Decided not to fit the oven so skipped that and replaced it with a door. Bought some panel doors..on offer in Howdens £9.99 each..bargain.Couple of updated pics.

Lol, +1! Looks like a large games room with a car parked in it! Fair play for the work that has gone into it though.

Can I ask what the section is for on the ceiling that sits in the middle of all the light strips?

Oh yeah that it is.South Park was a let down.Gonna stick with Bally Williams in future, the Sega games look n feel cheap in comparison.Looking for a nice themed one to go besides it ..Attack from Mars I want but there isnt one for sale in this country atm.My plan is to fit loads of lights sound activated in the recess with them...should look good.
