Descent American TV Series ?

Between you you've basically just listed the names of all US shows currently on tv.
And most US tv is dross, dressed up well.
If I had to draw a Venn diagram of US TV shows we get and US dross TV shows, the two circles would almost completely overlap.

They go on for too long, and once that happens the whole premise of the series is ruined, for me anyway.
Wish they would start from the outset with a story with a beginning, middle, and end like we do here, rather than just come up with an interesting premise and then just make it up as they go along until they lose ratings and get cancelled.
Imagine how much better shows like Lost would have been if it had been 2 series rather than 8 (or whatever it was!)

I'm p!ssed off with the walking dead, the last one i watched was when the kid got shot in the woods by the fat bloke, then i caught up with the series and watched up to the end of season two on netflix Sunday.I can't believe the amount of main characters killed off at the end of S2 .Now watched season3 up to episode 8 on internet,Laurie is now dead, and the whole story has gone stupid,oh and Andrea is just being a complete hoar sleeping with the Governor.

"Jericho" Well worth a watch, one of my favourites so far, apart from that a lot of what's already been mentioned.
If your in for the long haul, you could start on "Smallville"
If you like Sci Fi then there are loads to be looking at.

There is a new series called Banshee just started
3 episodes in and it has been quite good so far IMO.
Generation Kill is well worth a watch if you haven't seen it already.
