This is getting really poxy, I've sold 100's of subaru's over the past 9-10years, if one classic didn't blow up I'd be concerned, how many of you guys on here have blown classic engines?......don't all stand up at once please.

As for the headers I told you it would be sorted from the start, may take a few days due to work, I always picked up your calls too, I'm sure scammers switch their phones off and do one.

Funny because the thread started as a big massive thanks. 5 days later you contacted me yet I still promised you a refund without looking into the headers, simply because I do not have the time to delve into it. Now what's the big issue

You should be out of pocket £15 as agreed by yourself on our last phone conversation, PayPal have charged me fees for sending your money back so take it up with PayPal for your £9.56pence

[QUOTE=wrx271;11008410]Hurst cars is owned buy

"buy" or did you mean by, don't worry I'll help you with your grammer like I helped you with a refund of the car you drove around for a few days like as if you had stolen it then decided to give back once you had done the damage.

I am more than educated and can read ! Is the buyer that you scammed still out of pocket by £25. Answer is YES so I refer you back to my original statement which you clearly did not understand !

I'll help you with yours. Check your mistakes in BOLD, it is a subaru forum not an English classroom.

You have now been marked as a scammer, associated with Hurst Cars and are doing yourself no favours by being a total ***** about the whole situation. Why not just refund the £25, restore some faith in your integrity as a trader and you move on and learn from it all.

It should read " "buy" or did you mean by? don't worry I'll help you with your grammar, just like I helped you with a refund for the car you drove around for a few days, like as if you had stolen it, then decided to give back, once you had done the damage" "

Not jumping on the i love hurst band wagon but my 2p's worth, ive dealt with max for a few year now, buying my ra from him 3 years ago was picked up from the airport and car was as described. i had that car until i traded it back to max last month and it gave me trouble free ownership.
I also bought a full 6 speed wr1 setup at a decent price.
And now bought my low mileage type 20 from him.

Dont want to get involved in the argument but seems a bit unfair.
A big end knock dont sound like a heat shield rattle so cant really blame him for that, if id heard any kind of noise from any car i looked at in the past id have walked away until owner had rectified the problem.

Funny because the thread started as a big massive thanks. 5 days later you contacted me yet I still promised you a refund without looking into the headers, simply because I do not have the time to delve into it. Now what's the big issue

correct thread started as a thanks for quick delivery of headers, that was before i had a proper look at them.

then threads updated as per.
you gave me 3 dates for refund that passed with out refund, then as ive stated you asked me to
CANCEL THE PAYPAL CLAIM THEN CASH WOULD BE PAYED INTO MY PAYPAL.
would you trust someone 800 miles away on the end of a phone to pay after as stated 3 refund dates went by.i think we all know the answer to that one.im out of pocket for £40 postage(o.k i agreed to pay part postage to have it sent to me) due to dealing with you, which was a total waste of time.live and learn eh.

If the buyer and seller agree on something, what does that have to do with you? Are you the buyers partner?

YES, Im a family member, whats your problem ?

He may have agreed for you to pay back for the item, but you did not keep your side by refunding him when you said you would.

So you broke the agreement and now we are looking to have the full amount refunded.

I don't really want to go into this with you mattyb1983 to be fair it was painfull enough at the time if you choose to beleave me or mug me off then that's up to you.
I'm not suggesting max is all bad but he certainly has his flaws maybe that's business.

One thing I'm sure about and I sware on my whole family's life I did NOT blow that car up and I was not aware that the engine was in fail mode as I was assured the heat sheild was the corse of the rattle heard on test drive.
I was more gutted that I had brought it as it was a smart looking Subaru everything I wanted mint shell in white mint wheels big big shame about the engine I was gutted Matty I'd just sold my mint evo an bought a lemon.

I am fairly sure if he has been selling Subarus for as long as he claims he has, he knows the difference between a heatsheild, and a knackered engine. I can see why you would of taken his word for it but you live and learn mate..

I honestly don't have the time to sit here responding to individual messages. I wish i did. The chap for the headers as stated before i said to you from the start your money was safe and would issue a refund minus postage. I did not even check the headers, they are still boxed and packed in my unit. If anyone local wants to come and have a look if you don't believe me you are welcome to pop over first thing just to prove a point. In other words, i took your word for it they were cracked and sent a refund albeit a little late due to work as i explained to you on the phone.

The guy with the engine problem, if the engine had bottom end knock you wouldn't have bought it. Bottom end knock is a distinctive sound....you can't miss it.

My brothers name is Adam who set the account up a few years back and then passed the account onto me, just kept the account alive. Mahmood Ayaz Khan is my full name which spells MAK in intials which friends and family turned in MAKS at an early age (middle school) there's a story behind that too but i won't go into that.

I've sold some parts and a fair few cars to guys on here and i'm sure 99% of people have been very happy with their purchases/dealings with me. You can't please everyone and that's how life goes. In general i have a positive opinion about this site and people on here although you have a few idiots on here.

Default KIDS PLEASE PUT UR DUMMIES BACK IN YOUR MOUTH'S

Im seriously sick of you B****** moaning!

Its obvious no one ever complains about when its all going well. However even if your car plays up a year after purchase, its always back to "ohh that dealer stuffed us he knew". Well a STI being mapped with exhaust and up rated virtually everything its bound to stop ticking as smooth as it normally does especially when you drive them like a bunch of C****. If you buy a second hand car modified please expect to bump into the odd problem here and there. However engines on classics have always been temperamental. Even the 2.5 Hawkeye had its ongoing problems. As for getting a Refund i think your very lucky. As i would most certainly ask you to Jog on as it was obvious you where trying to Impress your friends and no doubt your FAT Bird with a stubble.

Well who ever said excitement was cheap. As for official breakers not even they give guarantee and if they do you need to provide VAT invoices and proof of the work being carried out at a reputable garage. Otherwise invalidates the guarantee you did have.

Well i guess months and months and for some years and years of looking at cars on the internet and SPEC details must give you poor chaps some BIG OLD BLISTERS. Especially if you've run out of your mate KY or Vaseline!!
As the excitement ends when you part with your Pennies you must obviously find you where having far more fun in your bedrooms with the PICS AND SPEC details.

I suggest you stick to the bedroom and the pics if you cant come to terms with parting with any money.

To All the Genuine Top guys on here please don't be offended as none of the above refers to you and you all no who you are!! This msg is only to the genuine tyre kickers/ time wasters/ dreamers/ and want it all for nothing guys!

Thanks

A.T

Dealt with Maks many times, all problem free. I am very certain Maks will or has resolved the situation to the best of his capability.

Maks bro if I was you I would inspect the headers.

All the name questioning and twisting is irrelevant.
